Our team at Apple Flooring LLC follows industry standards and manufacturer guidelines to deliver high-quality flooring installation.

However, the following disclaimers apply:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues that affect flooring performance.

• Warranty coverage applies only to services explicitly included in the final agreement.

• Recommendations provided during consultations are based on current site conditions and customer input.

• Apple Flooring LLC is responsible only for the installation services. Any defects or issues related to the flooring materials themselves are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Installation is subject to the condition of the existing subfloor and environment. Apple Flooring LLC is not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions such as moisture, structural damage, or uneven surfaces unless disclosed prior to service. If additional work is required to resolve these issues, extra fees may apply and will be clearly detailed on the invoice provided.

• Clients are responsible for preparing the installation area as advised, including clearing furniture and ensuring access.

• Limitation of Liability: Apple Flooring LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the installation services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, property damage not directly caused by our work, or any other damages beyond the direct scope of the flooring installation. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
